Description:
The periodic inspection of the facility aims to verify whether the newly constructed or modernized facility meets all safety requirements and standards before being put into use.
The inspection confirms that the following has been carried out:
- Assessment of the surface condition: surface evenness, exposure of foundation elements, and checking the screw connections of the structural elements of the device,
- Assessment regarding the presence of sharp edges resulting from external factors such as vandalism, weather changes, or self-inflicted damages from the use of the device,
- Checking the functionality of moving devices,
- Checking individual structural elements for defects and wear of fixed structural components,
- Checking the functionality of moving elements for defects and wear,
- Checking for the absence of structural elements,
- Identifying paint or impregnating agent losses on structural elements,
- Identifying corrosion and cracks in the welds of metal elements,
- Checking the condition of screws connecting structural elements.
- Checking the safety level in terms of applicable standards.
- Assessment of devices for compliance with the standard.
Report on whether the facility meets the requirements of the standard, or in the case of non-compliance, a list of discrepancies.

Description:
The periodic inspection of the object aims to verify whether the newly constructed or modernized object meets all safety requirements and standards before it is put into use.
The inspection confirms that the following has been carried out:

Checking individual structural elements for defects and wear of fixed components.

Checked the functioning of movable elements for defects and wear.

Checked for the absence of structural elements.

Checked for technical changes resulting from atmospheric changes, e.g.: drying, loosening, transverse cracks, warping of fixed and movable elements of the structure, checking the condition of screws connecting the elements.

A report with conclusions was prepared - once - as of the day of inspection.
Report assessing whether the object meets the requirements of the standard, or in case of non-compliance, a list of non-compliances.

- Yes. The transfer of the certificate takes place under the general certification conditions. The cost of transferring the certificate is the cost of the annual inspection. In the case of a positive inspection assessment, a new certificate is issued.

Certification of playgrounds is a process aimed at ensuring the safety of children using these monitored areas. Depending on the type of service, it aims to: confirm the compliance of the playground or the equipment with current normative documents. We provide inspection services in accordance with the standard for inspection units according to the standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012 "Conformity assessment. General criteria for the operation of various types of inspection bodies".
