Description:
The periodic inspection of the object aims to verify whether the newly constructed or modernized object meets all safety requirements and standards before being put into use.
The inspection confirms that the following have been carried out:
- Assessment of the surface condition: evenness of the surface, exposure of the foundation elements, and checking the fastening of the structural elements of the device,
- Assessment in terms of the presence of sharp edges resulting from external factors such as vandalism, weather changes, or self-inflicted damage from the use of the device,
- Checking the functionality of movable devices,
- Inspection of individual structural elements for defects and wear of fixed elements of the structure,
- Checking the functioning of movable elements for defects and wear,
- Checking for missing structural elements,
- Identifying paint or impregnation losses on structural elements,
- Identifying corrosion and cracks in the welds of metal elements,
- Checking the condition of screws connecting structural elements.
- Checking the level of safety in terms of appropriate standards.
- Assessment of devices for compliance with standards.
The report assesses whether the object meets the requirements of the standard, or in the case of non-compliance, a list of discrepancies.

- Yes. The transfer of the certificate occurs under the general certification conditions. The cost of transferring the certificate is the cost of the annual inspection. In the case of a positive inspection assessment, a new certificate is issued.

Certification confirms that during the validity of the certificate, the following has been continuously performed:

- Control of space and accessibility
- Evaluation of signs and instructions
- A report with conclusions has been prepared - once upon delivery.
- Certification of compliance of the playground with normative documents.
- It has been assessed that during the life of the facility, its owner continuously conducts or commissions periodic inspections and functional checks. Inspections are carried out by competent personnel.
- Necessary repairs.
