EXERCISE MATS

Product testing in our unit is conducted according to an established set of procedures. This allows us to determine whether a given product complies with current regulatory requirements and subsequently confirm this in the form of a test report.

Testing is carried out in our laboratory or at one of our subcontractors in the case of accredited testing.

Standards and Normative Documents on the basis of which we carry out certification:

PN-EN 12503-1:2013-07 - Sports mats and mattresses -- Part 1: Gymnastic mattresses, safety requirements

PN-EN 12503-3:2004 - Sports mats and mattresses -- Part 3: Judo mats, safety requirements

PN-EN 12503-4:2016-09 - Sports mats and mattresses -- Part 4: Determining shock absorption

PN-EN 12503-5:2004 - Sports mats and mattresses -- Part 5: Determining friction with the ground

PN-EN 12503-6:2004 - Sports mats and mattresses -- Part 6: Determining surface friction

The final result informs us whether the tested mattress meets the conditions:

Compliance with the requirements of normative documents for a given type of mattress, including

- Shock absorption level (maximum delay, deflection, elasticity.

- Friction values with the ground according to the table.

- Friction values on the surface according to the table.
