**Service Description**
The range of services provided by the Institute of Research and Certification related to the affixing of the CE mark on products and compliance assessment includes:
- assistance with the implementation of the CE mark
- consulting on the New Approach Directives
- product testing
- assistance in obtaining the CE mark
- compliance assessment
- Certificate of Verification of the Declaration of Conformity
We cooperate with the best research units. It should be noted that CE marking is a mandatory requirement for a wide range of products. According to the regulation of August 30, 2002, on the system of conformity assessment (Journal of Laws from 2010, No. 138, item 935, as amended) - introducing into Polish law the so-called **NEW APPROACH DIRECTIVES**.
The CE mark is a symbol indicating that a product complies with EU requirements. The granting of the CE mark, commonly referred to in everyday language as CE certification, is not a quality certificate and does not confirm the origin of the goods. It signifies compliance with requirements concerning, among other things, mechanical properties, electromagnetic interference, noise, etc. Therefore, special attention must be paid to the proper course of the marking process.
