A certificate is a document confirming the compliance of a product, service, or process with a specific standard or legal regulations. ISO 9001, on the other hand, is the number of a European standard containing a set of management and work organization requirements. An ISO 9001 certificate therefore confirms that a given company/organization/enterprise manages its operations in accordance with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. To obtain an ISO 9001 certificate, the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001 standard must be met. Meeting these requirements brings numerous benefits, such as streamlining work and employee accountability, improving work standards, and increasing the quality of manufactured products and services. In the long run, a well-implemented management system in an organization can reduce production costs and contribute to increased profits. An ISO 9001 certificate, commonly referred to as a "9001 certificate" or "management system certificate," is issued after completing the quality management system certification process.

Why implement and certify with IBiC?
The first step in implementing ISO 9001 is to identify the company's processes and determine the dependencies and interactions between them. Next, the focus should be on conducting a thorough analysis of each identified process, verifying its compliance with the company's requirements and the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard. Based on the results of the analysis, the company should implement the necessary supplemental and corrective actions. Furthermore, each process within the organization should be properly defined by identifying relevant data, resources, and indicators. Organizational procedures, which the organization itself deems necessary for proper operation, constitute a crucial complement to the defined processes.
ISO Certification
After documenting and successfully implementing a quality management system, the company can be certified by an independent certification body.
Certification Stages:
• Submitting an application for ISO 9001 certification
• Providing the organization's implementation documentation
• Analysis of the organization's documentation
• Certification audit
• Upon successful certification, an ISO 9001 certificate will be issued.
During the three-year validity period of the certificate, annual surveillance audits are conducted to ensure that the management system is effective, improved, and continues to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
Benefits of Implementing ISO 9001:2015
An ISO 9001 system, successfully implemented within an organization, allows for improved organizational performance and increased competitiveness.
