The Institute of Research and Certification Ltd. processes the personal data of training participants for the purpose of conducting the training or seminar and issuing certificates/statements. The basis for processing is the necessity of actions with data to perform the training contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). The Institute of Research and Certification Ltd. (the Administrator) reserves the right to disclose or transfer some personal data to the relevant state authorities or third parties who request such information based on a relevant legal basis and in accordance with applicable law. Training participants have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data. Until that moment, the personal data of training participants will be stored. Each person whose data is processed has the right to access their data as well as the right to edit, delete, restrict processing, and transfer their data. Each person whose data is processed has the right to object at any time to the processing of their data based on legitimate interests pursued by the data Administrator or a third party. Each person whose data is processed, if they believe that the processing of their data by the Administrator violates the principles of the GDPR, has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. At the time of providing this information, the supervisory authority is the Chief Inspector of Personal Data Protection based in Warsaw.
