Realization

The first step of implementation is the identification of the processes taking place in the company and the definition of dependencies and interactions between them. An important addition to the defined processes are the organization's procedures, which the organization itself considers necessary for proper functioning.

ISO certification

After documentation and successful implementation of the quality management system, the company can be certified by an independent certification body.

Certification stages:

• Submitting an application for certification.

• Providing documentation on the implementation of the organization

• Analysis of the organization's documentation

• Certification audit

• After successful certification, a certificate will be issued

During the 3-year period of validity of the certificate, annual surveillance audits are conducted to ensure that the management system is effective, improved and continues to meet the requirements of the standard
